A female paramedic involved in the Belovskaya Central District Hospital (CRH) of the Belgorod Region and her husband were killed when an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) struck a checkpoint, which also injured the couple's 16-year-old son. This was announced on April 28 by Governor Alexander Khinshtein.

"In the Belgorod border region, a paramedic of the FAPA (Medical and obstetric center. — Ed.) Belovskaya CRH from the arrival of the drone at the checkpoint. Tatiana Alexandrovna was traveling with her husband and child to remove an external fixation device for the boy. To her great sorrow, her husband also died. <...> 16-year—old Vitaly was taken to the Belgorod Regional Children's Hospital," he said in a message on the MAX messenger.
