A fire started at an oil refinery in Tuapse due to falling debris from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on April 28 in the operational headquarters for the region in the Telegram channel.

"In Tuapse, a fire broke out at an oil refinery due to falling drone debris. There are no casualties," the publication says.
