- Due to a snow storm, 25 thousand people were left without electricity in the Vologda region.
Due to heavy snowfall, over 25 thousand residents of the Vologda region were left without electricity. This was announced on April 27 by the governor of the region, Georgy Filimonov.
"As of 22:00 on 04/27/2026, electricity was cut off to 25,223 consumers in 689 settlements," the governor's post on his Telegram channel says.
The post also states that 44 power engineering teams with a total of 144 people, as well as 49 pieces of equipment, are involved in the complete elimination of outages. The planned completion time is 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on April 28.
The governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, announced on his Telegram channel on April 27 that temporary power outages due to bad weather had been recorded in a number of districts of the Moscow Region. The head of the region clarified that the restoration work is under his personal control.
