In Ukrainian villages, the spring sowing campaign was in danger of disruption due to raids by employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of military enlistment offices in Ukraine) on the male population during forced mobilization. This was reported on April 28 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Women in villages do the work for their husband and for themselves. Due to the lack of men in the villages, there is a problem: who will perform the spring sowing. The problem with the male population has been repeatedly voiced, but, as before, the Shopping center is "trapping" men," the source told TASS.
