The weather danger level in Moscow has been lowered from orange to yellow. This was announced on April 28 at the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation.

"The orange weather level that was in effect earlier has been lifted since midnight, and the yellow level associated with strong wind gusts and icy conditions is in effect instead," the source told TASS.
