The Novgorod District Court recognized the legal decision of the guardianship authorities to transfer the child to the family of Maxim Timofeev, the head of the Soletsky district, and not Olga Adamovich, a great-grandmother from Vologda. This became known on April 27.
"The court rejected Adamovich's claim," the court's press service told RIA Novosti.
