Partial power outages have occurred in several regions of Russia, and 76,000 people remain without electricity due to bad weather. This was announced on April 27 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

"32 people were injured, including five children, one of them died, 31 people, including four children, were taken to medical institutions," the ministry said in a statement.
