Sobyanin warned about the rapid deterioration of the weather in Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin warned of worsening weather conditions in the capital by the end of the day. In his channel at the IACH, he stressed that "very difficult weather conditions" are in Moscow today.

"Please be careful, take care of yourself. The bad weather will last for the next couple of days," Sobyanin wrote. He said that heavy sleet and rain and strong winds with gusts up to 23 m/s are expected in Moscow by the end of the day.

The capital's services are working on the streets of the city in an enhanced mode, the mayor stressed.

Precipitation in the form of rain and snow began in Moscow at night and intensified in the morning, forming temporary snow cover in some places. According to the Hydrometeorological Center on April 27, rain and ice are forecast in the metropolitan region, which can lead to difficulties on the roads and increase the risk of injury.
