As part of the anniversary year, the <url> TV channel.TV carried out a large—scale rebranding and presented an updated design for the first time - not only on Earth, but also in space. On April 26, at 1:22 Moscow time, a Soyuz‑2.1a launch vehicle with a Progress MS-34 cargo ship with a new logo in Russian dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the channel was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

For 20 years, <url>.TV remains a TV channel that unites artists and viewers from different regions in one musical space. As part of the rebranding, the channel emphasized this connection with the audience and the cultural code of the country on a visual level, switching to the Russian spelling of the name. The rocket launch was a symbolic continuation of the renovation — the anniversary logo of the <url> TV channel.TV didn't just go off the air, but literally rose above the earth's boundaries and went into orbit.

Today, this place has become a starting point again — decades later, the RU TV channel is from here.TV has launched its updated logo, celebrating the channel's 20th anniversary and the 15th anniversary of the award. This event is the beginning of a new stage in the history of the TV channel and a symbol of moving forward towards new formats, projects and forms of dialogue with the audience," said Sergey Bunin, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Russian Media Group.

As part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the Voice of Unity campaign, implemented by the <url> TV channel, is also timed to launch.TV together with Roscosmos with the support of the Main Operational Mission Control Group of the Russian segment of the ISS. The project combined a collection of 89 popular music videos — by the number of regions — into the musical landscape of our country. On April 26, the day of the rocket launch, the clips were transferred to the International Space Station.

The collection includes hits dedicated to the regions of Russia, songs by performers representing cultures and traditions of different nations, and iconic compositions that unite the inhabitants of our country. In 2026, the <url> TV channel.TV celebrates two significant dates and two anniversaries at once: the 20th anniversary of the channel and the 15th anniversary of the award.
