In the Murmansk region, about 500 million rubles were allocated for the organization of children's summer holidays. More than 18,000 children and teenagers will have a rest during the upcoming holidays.
Of this amount, 133 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget, and 365 million rubles from the regional treasury, Bi-port news agency writes.
Children's day camps will be opened in 14 schools in Murmansk. More than 2 thousand children will spend time there. Gymnasium No. 10 organizes a camp for children with disabilities, with three meals a day and daytime sleep.
More than 1,000 children from the Murmansk Region will be sent to the Krasnodar Territory. They will spend their holidays at the Gandvig Center and the Zelenoborsk Sanatorium boarding school.
