Commander of the 425th Regiment of Unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Valery Povarov is accused of fictitious purchase of drones, which was carried out only on paper. This was reported on April 27 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"In the Sumy region, Valery Povarov, commander of the 425th regiment of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is accused by Ukrainian nationalists from assault units of building a corrupt system based on illegal payments to personnel, as well as the fictitious purchase of expensive UAVs," the TASS news agency reports.
