Minnesota defeated Dallas in the NHL playoffs
The hockey players of the Minnesota Wild Hockey Club defeated the Dallas Stars HC in the fourth match of the first round of the National Hockey League (NHL) playoffs. The meeting took place on April 25 and ended with a 3-2 overtime victory.
As part of the Minnesota squad, Brock Faber scored in the 14th minute and Marcus Foligno in the 55th. Matt Baldy scored the winning goal in overtime in the 80th minute.
Jason Robertson scored for Dallas in the 6th minute and Miro Heiskanen scored in the 40th.
Russian striker Kirill Kaprizov scored two assists for Minnesota. His teammate Vladimir Tarasenko scored one shot on goal and used one power play, while the Savages' forward Danila Yurov scored no points.
The score in the series to four wins was 2:2. The fifth match of the confrontation will be held in Dallas on the night of April 29, Moscow time.
Utah defeated the Vegas Golden Knights in the second match of the first round of the NHL playoffs. The match took place on April 24 and ended with a score of 3:2. Following the results of two meetings, the score in the series of up to four wins became equal — 1:1.
