On April 25, US President Donald Trump announced that he had received a new proposal from Tehran after canceling the trip of American negotiators to Pakistan.

"We were given a document that should have been better. And, interestingly, right after I canceled it (the trip of the US representatives to the negotiations. — Ed.), in 10 minutes we received a new document, which was much better," he said at a meeting with reporters.
