Russia tightened control over expenses of officials and their families

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law that clarifies the procedure for controlling the expenses of persons holding government positions, as well as their family members. The relevant document was published on April 25 on the official portal of legal acts.

According to the new regulations, the income of their minor children will now be taken into account when checking the expenses of officials.
