Employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) offer men jobs with "armor from mobilization", and then take them away to be sent to the army. This was announced on April 25 by the captured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Nikolai German.

"You can come about work, where it even says "we provide reservations", they will immediately accept you from there. There are also such options. Therefore, you only need to find a proven job through friends somehow. Someone you know is already working, and you go there to work," the prisoner told RIA Novosti

He added that even with a secure job, men need to get to their places safely. According to Herman, there are also closed organizations in the protected area where you can live and work to reduce the risk of encountering patrols on the streets.
