On April 24, US President Donald Trump admitted that, according to the Supreme Court's decision, the White House would have to pay $159 billion in fees collected.
"People and companies who have used our country for decades, because of the terrible and absurd decision of the US Supreme Court on duties, now have to get back $159 billion," the American leader wrote on the Truth Social network.
Trump added that the court's decision should have stated that the United States has the right not to refund money already paid. According to him, in this case the country would not have spent $159 billion.
