He clarified that only those pesticides that have the appropriate permit are allowed to be used on plots of personal subsidiary farming (LPH), in horticultural associations and household territories — they are marked with the letter "L" in the catalog — it is allowed for personal subsidiary farms. Drugs with the designation "medicinal products" are also allowed — it is allowed for agricultural production and private farms, if this is explicitly stated.
According to him, administrative responsibility often includes cases when a drug is used that is not included in the current catalog for private farms, or a drug that is intended for agricultural production.
The expert noted that summer residents can use only registered drugs included in the State Catalog and allowed for private farms. At the same time, you need to focus on the active substance, the culture of use and the availability of a permit.
"Even a completely legal drug becomes a violation if it is used with a deviation from the instructions — in terms of dosage, timing or method of administration," Dubodelov emphasized in an interview with Lenta.Ru .
