The head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, does not plan to wear brooches at the Central Bank's key rate meetings yet. She said this on April 24, answering a question from journalist Alexander Yunashev.

"It's not the time yet," Nabiullina joked in a video posted on the journalist's Telegram channel.

Yunashev noted that the remarkable brooches of the head of the Central Bank in the network were called an informal indicator of the economy. Speaking at meetings of the Central Bank on the key rate, users tried to see hidden signals in Nabiullina's jewelry selection. However, as the head of the regulator herself stated, she does not plan to wear brooches in the near future.
