The "Dictation of Victory" action was held on the steps of the Reichstag in the Moskino Film Park

The annual international historical and educational campaign "Dictation of Victory", dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War (WWII), was held on April 24 on the territory of the Reichstag erected in the capital's Moskino Film Park.

"I am glad to welcome you to this unique complex at the Moskino Film Park. You are the first to enter the premises of the Reichstag. We just removed the scaffolding here yesterday," Igor Ugolnikov, People's Artist of Russia, addressed the participants of the action.

"Dictation of Victory," as he specified, will allow those who wish not only to take part in an international event, but also to test their knowledge about the Great Patriotic War. The artist expressed the hope that those who visited the Moscow Reichstag during the test will once again remember the feat accomplished by their ancestors.

Ugolnikov also thanked Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin for creating a film park where actors and directors can fulfill their ideas.

The opening ceremony of the Dictation of Victory took place on the same day at the Moscow Victory Museum, which is located on Poklonnaya Gora. Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) and chairman of the Russian Historical Society, who spoke at the event, called this action not only a new part of the culture of celebrating May 9, but also an important component of the process of protecting the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War.
