The Lychakiv cemetery in Lviv has run out of places for the burial of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported on April 24 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"The Lychakiv cemetery in Lviv has run out of places for military burials," the newspaper wrote on the Telegram channel.

The city Council was forced to find a new location for the cemetery. It will be a site on the border with the village of Lisinichi.

On April 18, the Ukrainian TV channel TSN reported that crematoriums in Ukraine are operating at maximum capacity, and the authorities are building new ones. At the same time, city cemeteries are closed, and the deceased can only be buried in an existing grave.

The newspaper Die Welt reported on April 8 that there were almost no places left in Ukrainian cemeteries for the burial of dead Ukrainian soldiers. It is noted that the situation has reached a critical point, as the Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering heavy losses on a daily basis, and their scale can no longer be hidden.
