Miroshnik pointed to Italy's active arms supplies to Ukraine
Italy is actively supplying weapons to the Kiev regime, contributing to the continuation of the bloodshed, and UAV production plants associated with Rome are also located on the territory of Ukraine. This was announced on April 24 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.
According to him, Italy has long been an active player in the supply of weapons and assistance to the Ukrainian side. Miroshnik noted that weapons production facilities for Ukraine in third countries are military targets, so Europe is directly involved in the military conflict.
"At the level of the Italian parliament, it is often stated that 'we will not disclose the figures and data on the amount that the Italian side supplies as part of European assistance to the Ukrainian regime' to continue the bloodshed in this territory," the diplomat said.
However, from Russia's point of view, the window of opportunity is to achieve real approaches in which it would be possible to end the conflict through political and diplomatic means.
"So far, we have not seen any such actions from either Ukraine or Europe," Miroshnik said.
On April 15, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that there are 21 enterprises in Europe that produce unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and their components for Ukraine. Production is deployed in major European countries, including the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy and the Czech Republic. The list includes both branches and foreign companies that produce specialized components.
