The dimensions of the restyled car have increased by several centimeters, now the length is 5285 mm, the wheelbase is 3125 mm. The Aito M9 is still offered in China in five- and six-seat versions, the power plant can be either hybrid or electric. The power of the electric version of the crossover, which has been converted to an 800-volt architecture, has grown by almost 150 horsepower — now it is 676 hp (930 Nm). A battery with a capacity of 120 kWh allows you to travel 650 km on electric power. Acceleration from zero to "hundreds" takes 4.5 seconds. The hybrid version with a similar power plant capacity allows you to drive almost 1,500 km without stopping to charge or refuel.
The suv was equipped with an updated autonomous driving system with 896-line lidar, radars and multiple cameras, and a parking assistant with 160 scenarios. In addition, the system is now able to detect bumps on the road in advance, and the electronics instantly change the characteristics of the active suspension, which increases comfort.
Simultaneously with the debut at the auto show, the company began accepting orders, within an hour after the launch, more than 11.5 thousand pre-orders were placed for the crossover. The price of the new product starts from 499.8 thousand yuan (approximately 5.5 million rubles).
