Xpeng unveiled the GX full-size crossover at the Beijing Auto Show, which will become the flagship in the brand's lineup. This was reported on April 24 by a correspondent of Izvestia from China.

From the outside, the Xpeng novelty resembles a British Range Rover SUV. The models share similar body proportions, a straight waistline, narrow elongated head optics and a "floating roof".

The Xpeng GX is available in a six-seat version, with a length of 5.2 m and a wheelbase exceeding 3 m. The car will be offered in both fully electric and hybrid versions.

Thus, the power of the electric version of the Xpeng varies from 367 to 585 hp, depending on the configuration. The total power of the modification with a sequential hybrid power plant, which includes a 1.5-liter turbo engine and electric motors, is about 500 horsepower.

The model has a fully-controlled chassis with an 800-volt electrical architecture that allows you to quickly replenish battery power at special charging stations. In hybrid mode, the power reserve exceeds 1 thousand km.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that BMW presented an updated 7 Series sedan at the China Auto Show, and Nio demonstrated the ES9 crossover, which could become the largest representative of the SUV segment in the Chinese market.
