The operators of the BPS troops destroyed the control points of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region

The operators of the unmanned systems forces (UAVs) of the North group of forces destroyed the control points of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. This was announced on April 24 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The reconnaissance of the 11th Army Corps from the Northern Group of Forces identified the AFU facilities during the monitoring of the territory. During the additional reconnaissance, the military found equipment, communications equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian unmanned aircraft crews.

After clarifying the coordinates, the operators prepared attack drones with a combat load. To circumvent the electronic warfare (EW) equipment used by the enemy to defend their positions, fire damage was inflicted by fiber-optic, digital and analog control devices.

As a result of the strikes, the control system of enemy drones in this area was disrupted. Communications equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been destroyed.

On April 23, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that unmanned aerial vehicle crews of the 18th Combined Arms Army's unmanned systems unit from the Dnepr group of forces had discovered and destroyed the AFU UAV control point on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region.
