On April 23, US President Donald Trump commented on statements by the son of King Charles III of Great Britain, Prince Harry, about insufficient efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

During his visit to Kiev on April 23, the prince stated that he would like the United States to do more to resolve the conflict.

"Prince Harry doesn't speak on behalf of the UK, that's for sure," Trump told reporters during an event at the White House.

The American leader clarified that he appreciates the prince's opinion, but stressed that he does not speak on behalf of Great Britain. The US president also added that, in his opinion, he expresses to a greater extent the position of the British side on this issue.

Prince Harry arrived in Kiev on April 23 with an unannounced visit. It was clarified that he was met by a large delegation on the platform.

On April 15, Trump announced that a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict was on the way. The head of the White House often calls the conflict in Ukraine the "ninth", which remains to be resolved after eight others, to the end of which the head of the White House had a hand.
