Shelling by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon led to the deaths of three local residents. This was announced on April 23 by the Lebanese Rapid Response Center under the Ministry of Health.

"As a result of an Israeli enemy strike on the Shukin road in Nabatiya district, three people were killed," Naharnet reported.

In addition, two people, including one child, were injured in an artillery strike on the village of Yater in the Bint Jbeil district.

The day before, the body of Lebanese journalist Khalil was found under the rubble after an attack by Israel. A journalist and a photographer were covering events in the district of the city of Al-Tairi when the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) struck a car driving in front of them. As a result of the incident, the journalists' car crashed into a house, which became the next target of the attack.

The Lebanese NNA news agency reported on April 22 that the IDF carried out an attack on the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, injuring several people. It is not specified what kind of weapon Tel Aviv used.
