The man who hit two people on the Altufyevsky highway in Moscow did not have a driver's license. This was announced on April 23 by the Moscow prosecutor's office in the MAX messenger.

"According to preliminary information, on the Altufyevsky highway, a 19-year-old driver of a car rented under someone else's account lost control and hit an obstacle, followed by hitting pedestrians," the agency said in a statement.

As a result of the accident, two victims were taken to medical institutions. It is reported that the culprit of the incident was detained and transferred to law enforcement agencies.

The incident was reported by the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate on the same day. It was reported that two women were taken to the hospital with head injuries. A 22-year-old man injured his hand and refused to be hospitalized.
