In the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), kindergarten and school buildings were damaged by strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 23 by the head of the region Denis Pushilin.

"Two civil infrastructure facilities were damaged — in the town of Snezhnoye (kindergarten) and the village of Osykovo (school) in the Starobeshevsky municipal district," he wrote on his channel in the MAX messenger.

Pushilin added that civilians were also injured in the attacks. So, in the village of Shakhtersky, Velikonovoselkovsky municipal district, a drone (UAV) hit a car. A man was injured.

In addition, in the Kievsky district of Donetsk, another resident was injured in an explosive explosion. Both wounded are being treated by doctors.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that a passenger bus had been attacked in the region by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result, five people were injured — the driver and four passengers. The injured were hospitalized in a local hospital.
