Acceptance of applications for the Car Dealer of the Year award is coming to an end

The acceptance of applications for participation in the 10th anniversary award "Car Dealer of the Year 2026" is coming to an end. This was announced by the analytical agency Autostat and the Avito Auto platform.

As noted in the Avito Auto press service, the award unites the leading players of the car market, its award recognizes outstanding achievements in sales, marketing, after-sales service and customer service. This year, both the key business indicators of the dealer business and the quality of work with digital channels will be evaluated.

"Transparency, speed of communication, and data quality are playing an increasingly important role for the market at all stages of customer interaction. Modern dealers are increasingly using digital tools to work with customer experience, warehouse, pricing, and analytics. The Car Dealer of the Year award helps to highlight those players who not only follow this trend, but set a new standard for working in the market," said Kirill Polyakov, head of classifieds in the Dealers business area at Avito Avto.

To participate in the nominations related to sales of new cars, used cars and service services, dealers need to submit an application to the agency "Autostat". The assessment takes into account sales volumes, revenue, team effectiveness, and growth dynamics.

According to the nominations related to customer experience and procurement efficiency, dealers who are actively working at Avito Auto and Avtohab during the evaluation period are automatically considered. Here, attention is paid to the quality of communication with customers, rating, processing speed of requests, as well as the effectiveness of warehouse and procurement management.

These and other nominations will determine the best car dealers, car brands and groups of companies. Applications will be accepted until April 30th. The winners will be awarded on June 18 in Moscow.

Last year, the organizers reviewed applications from 2.5 thousand dealers, analyzed more than 6 thousand questionnaires and presented 54 awards to industry representatives.
