On April 23, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development again expanded the list of online services that remain available with mobile Internet restrictions.

"The list includes more than 500 Russian services, among which are the most popular according to independent measurement data... An important condition for being included in the list is the location of all computing power in Russia," the agency said in a statement on its website.

The updated list includes telecom operators VTB-Mobile and Next mobile, clinics Medsi and Mother and Child, as well as the online encyclopedia Ruviki. Gazprombank has been added from the banks.

The list has also been expanded with resources from the Lenta and OK hypermarkets, the Dodo Pizza chain, and the delivery service Podvista. The white list includes Delimobil and Belkakar carsharing services, as well as the Premier online cinema.

Among the new participants are the state corporations Rosatom and Rostec, Rosneft, Norilsk Nickel, 1C, Trukonf and Digital Solutions of the Regions. In addition, the search and rescue team "LizaAlert" and the volunteer organization "Dobro.Russian Federation", the All-Russian Popular Front, the Znanie Society, GLONASS JSC, the resources of the KHL and the Federal Treasury.

On the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to work out a mechanism for the smooth operation of life-supporting services, including payment systems, in case of failures in the operation of the mobile Internet. The Head of State also explained that Internet disruptions in large cities are related to preventing terrorist threats, and this work is a priority.
