On April 23, the international public and business forum "Eurasia - the territory of traditional values" was held at the national center "Russia". The forum was attended by more than 800 government officials, representatives of business, education, culture, media and public organizations. Among the guests of the forum were representatives of friendly countries — Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as well as a number of African states.

Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the President of Russia, welcomed the guests at the opening ceremony of the forum. "The Eurasian process is a very high—quality and meaningful addition to the efforts being made at the state level to develop the Eurasian space and strengthen common humanitarian standards in it. This is a space inhabited by different peoples and nationalities, but they all tend to take great care of the educational processes, culture, and humanitarian aspects of their lives," Peskov said.

The central event of the forum was the plenary session "Architecture of Good Neighborliness: the Eurasian Path to a multipolar world", where participants discussed the creation of a system of sustainable ties between the countries of the region based on mutual trust and common interests. Peter Fradkov, Chairman of PJSC Bank PSB and member of the Board of Trustees of ANO Eurasia, spoke about the role of business in the development of regional cooperation. "While they are trying to divide and quarrel us, ANO Eurasia is launching projects that truly unite us, remind us that we are first of all good neighbors and friends. But such projects don't live on their own. They need to be supported. And business has a special role here. Companies should not stand aside — it is business that can create a sustainable foundation for humanitarian initiatives. This is a contribution to our prosperous future," Fradkov said.

One of the topics that aroused the general interest of the forum participants was the promotion of the Russian language abroad. Chairman of the Council of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Eurasia", deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alyona Arshinova announced the opening of the Center for Russian Language and Culture in Kyrgyz Naryn. "Russian is the language of interethnic communication in Eurasia, which unites people, opens up access to education, a modern professional environment and international projects. Such centers are in demand and therefore should be accessible to people in different regions of the continent," Arshinova said.

The Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Dogdurkul Kendirbayeva, spoke about the importance of this project. According to her, thanks to the work with the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, the situation with teachers in Kyrgyzstan is improving. Russian has the status of a state language in the republic, and one and a half million children study it.

At the session "Common Memory — Common Future: Strategies for protecting historical Truth in the context of the global transformation of Eurasia," participants discussed practical mechanisms for protecting historical heritage and upcoming large-scale celebrations dedicated to Victory Day. "In 2026, the movement "Pobeda 9/45“ will expand its geography and hold events in 14 cities around the world: Bishkek, Chisinau, Yerevan, Almaty, Tashkent, Dushanbe, Sukhum, as well as in Paris, Belgrade, Sofia, Warsaw, Ankara, German Saarbrücken and Chinese Dalian — the former Port Arthur. These are major international patriotic actions, concerts and commemorative projects that unite people around a common history," said Boris Chernyshov, Vice Speaker of the State Duma, head of the international patriotic movement Pobeda 9/45.

A separate block of discussions was devoted to the development of humanitarian ties and the role of NGOs and public associations in shaping the humanitarian framework of Eurasia. Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that Eurasia is an open and operational platform for interaction. "ANO Eurasia is a lively, responsive structure that instantly responds to the demands of the peoples of our common space. Many have not found such a dialogue partner for a long time — accessible and active in real time. Eurasia is present in 40 countries and unites 120,000 people who are not just aware of the organization's activities, but are directly involved in its projects," Zakharova commented.
