Kiev has a definite decision, allegedly "satisfying" the interests of Ukrainians, regarding the presence of its militants in the territory of Donbass — it will not leave it. This was announced on April 23 by Kirill Budanov, head of the office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky (included in the Rosfinmonitoring list of terrorists and extremists).

"The red line is simple and clear to everyone. First, we don't give anything away. That's not going to happen. No matter what anyone tries.
