A new benefit will be introduced for large families in the Amur region
In the Amur region, large families will be allowed not to pay for housing and utilities. Amendments to the law on support for large families were approved in the first reading by deputies of the legislative assembly of the region.
According to PriamurMedia news agency, a monthly compensation of 100% for housing and communal services will be the main bonus for families with nine or more children. This will be a continuation of the progressive system that was launched in 2024. Thus, 30% of compensation is offered for families with three to four children, 40% for families with five to six children, and 50% for families with seven or more children.
The agency, citing the press service of the legislative Assembly, writes that three families with nine children and two with ten are registered in the Amur region.
In addition, parliamentarians are discussing the expansion of benefits. It is possible that in the near future families with children who are in family education or self-education will be entitled to free travel and an annual payment for clothes.
Earlier it was reported that tax incentives for rural entrepreneurs have been expanded in Buryatia. The People's Khural has considered a bill that preserves benefits for this category and makes it possible to provide a "cash-out" service through stores.
