The Russian Society Znanie has launched the sixth season of the country's main educational award Znanie.Prize. Applications are accepted until September 2026 on the official website. You can register yourself, projects, companies, and other people who have made a significant contribution to education in 2025-2026. His many years of lecturing will be highlighted in the new S.I. Applications can be submitted in 16 categories, including two new ones. The nomination "For contribution to the preservation of the unity of the peoples of Russia" is timed to coincide with the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia: educators and projects that contribute to strengthening interethnic unity through common traditional values are invited to participate.

To recognize his achievements in lecturing and strengthen the traditions of national education, a nomination was established named after S.I. Vavilov, the first chairman of the Board of the All—Union Society for the Dissemination of Political and Scientific Knowledge (since 1963— the Znanie Society). Representatives of different fields who demonstrate a high level of lecturing skills can apply for the nomination. When evaluating achievements, both long-term work and high intensity in the field of dissemination of reliable knowledge are taken into account.

A record 210 people received the award in the anniversary season, and the ceremonies were held in all regions of Russia for the first time. We have shown Russians that the ranks of educators today include not only teachers, but also heroes of the Soviet Union, Olympic champions, cosmonauts, and heads of regions. Citizens of other countries are invited to participate in the nomination "Foreign Educator of the Year". It is aimed at recognizing those who fight against falsification and objectively highlight historical facts about Russia, talks about new opportunities and prospects in the country, about its role in the international arena in various fields.

Knowledge.The Award is the country's main educational award, which was established by the Znanie Society in 2021 to recognize the achievements of teachers, lecturers, authors, science popularizers and other enlightenment figures, as well as to recognize educational projects and companies from various fields. In five seasons, the project has collected 65,984 applications from 89 regions of Russia and 79 foreign countries.
