The expert reminded about the conditions for returning the product to the store
The product can be returned to the store if it has expired at the time of purchase or if it has defects. This was announced on April 23 by Dmitry Eliseev, a member of the Interregional Bar Association of Moscow.
"The buyer has the right to return the product to the store if the purchased product is defective and has defects, its warranty period or service life has expired at the time of purchase, for example, expired food," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to him, a refund can be issued in case of a discrepancy in the declared parameters, for example, in color or size. The expert clarified that if defects are found, the buyer may request to replace the product with the same or similar one. In addition, Yeliseyev added that the buyer has options available in the form of free repairs, price reductions or a full refund.
