The Russian military eliminated six foreign mercenaries during the liberation of the Grishino settlement in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on April 22 by Irek Nuriakhmetov, a fighter of the 35th Motorized Rifle brigade of the Center group.
"We successfully eliminated them and saw that they all had NATO chevrons," the soldier said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to Nuriakhmetov, information about the approach of the enemy group came from an adjacent unit. The military recorded the movement of six people in the forest belt.
