Finland says it is impossible to help Ukraine with sanctions against Russia

Anti-Russian sanctions and the allocation of a loan of €90 billion to Kiev will not change the situation in Ukraine. This was stated on April 22 by Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish national Conservative Freedom Alliance party.

"The approval of the 20th package of sanctions against Russia, as well as a loan of €90 billion euros, will not solve anything for Ukraine. At a time when the war in Iran is destabilizing the markets, the continuation of the failed strategy against Russia will not benefit Europe," he said in a message to X (ex. Twitter).
