"Jessica Patrick Finley was sentenced to a minimum term of 28 years and four months and a maximum term of 40 years and six months after pleading guilty to numerous serious sexual offenses against a minor," the publication says.

According to the report, the 31-year-old woman was a volleyball coach and served as a school district counselor. Her tasks included tracking the progress of students and helping them find further employment.
