Sovcombank will open a new season of the League of Adventures career festival for students and graduates. New formats are waiting for the participants this year, the bank's press service said.

"For us, the Adventure League is not just a career festival, but an opportunity to speak with students and graduates in the same language, honestly and without formalities. Today, it is important for young professionals not only to find a job, but also to understand which team is suitable for them, what values the employer shares and what opportunities for growth it really provides. That is why we make the festival as open, practical and lively as possible. We want the participants to leave not only with emotions, but also with a clearer understanding of their professional path," said Nadiya Imametdinova, HR Director of Sovcombank.

The festival will be held in three cities: Novosibirsk on May 16, Saratov on May 23 and Krasnoyarsk. The headliner will be blogger Maxim Lutchak. Participation in the event is free of charge. Prior registration is required for the visit.

The event takes place in the format of a demo day: participants can get to know the Sovcombank team, try themselves in different career paths, and get advice from recruiters. This season, the festival program will combine several directions.
