Transport and logistics became record holders in terms of salary offers in Russia in the first quarter of this year. This is evidenced by the analysis of the labor market of the services "Work.<url>" and "SberPodbor", which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on April 22.

"According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the leaders in salary offers were in the fields of transport and logistics, where an average salary of 96.7 thousand rubles per month was offered in vacancies in Russia," the results of the study say.

It is specified that the construction and real estate industries took the next place, their figure was 94.4 thousand rubles per month. It is noted that the construction rate decreased by 4% year-on-year according to the results of the previous quarter.

The three leaders of the study also included the spheres of production and the agro-industry with an indicator of 91.6 thousand rubles per month. In these areas, salary offers decreased by 2% compared to the first quarter of last year.
