Russians shared their emotions after the flight from Lebanon
The flight of Russian citizens from Lebanon went well, and meals were provided for passengers while they were in the air. This was announced to Izvestia on April 22 by Alexander Krivoshei, a representative of the Department of International Affairs of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
"The Lebanese side has also provided maximum assistance to our citizens. Therefore, in principle, everything is fine. Everyone was fed during the flight. Everything is fine, as much as possible," he said.
In addition, Krivoshei added that the flight was organized promptly. The date of departure was agreed with the embassy so that the Russians would have time to pack.
Russian Marina Katkova, in an interview with Izvestia, expressed gratitude to Russia for organizing air transportation. According to her, no other country has helped its citizens leave Lebanese territory.

On April 21, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation reported that Russia had delivered a shipment of humanitarian aid to Beirut for Lebanese residents affected by airstrikes by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). It was clarified that the IL-76 aircraft of the emergency department delivered more than 27 tons of cargo to Lebanon on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation and the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Alexander Kurenkov. Later, the Ministry of Emergency Situations added that a departmental special transport took 73 Russians out of Lebanon. They arrived at Domodedovo Airport on April 21.
