Air defense systems shot down two UAVs over the territory of Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, air defense systems repel an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were destroyed. This was announced on April 21 by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

"According to preliminary information, two aerial targets were shot down in the area of General Ostryakov Avenue and Andreevka," Razvozhaev said on his Telegram channel.

The governor added that civilian facilities were not damaged. At the moment, air defense systems and mobile firing groups are involved.

On April 21, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian air defense systems on duty destroyed nine Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs between 17:00 and 20:00 Moscow time. According to the agency, attempts at attacks were stopped over the territories of the Belgorod and Kursk regions, as well as over the Republic of Crimea.
