Rox announced the "royal" special version of the Adamas crossover

The Chinese automaker Rox is preparing to introduce a new modification of the Adamas crossover, known in the Russian market. At the upcoming motor show in Beijing, the company will show a Royal Edition model dedicated to the UAE royal family, which is one of Rox Motor's key investors. This is stated in the manufacturer's message, which was received by Izvestia on April 21.

After the start of production of the Rox 01 and Adamas models at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad, the company is considering the prospect of adapting the Royal Edition version for the Russian market, brand representatives noted.

The exterior of the Rox Adamas Royal Edition is made in a two-tone color scheme: matte gold is combined with mother-of-pearl white, which symbolize the unity of desert sands and clouds. The black diamond-shaped patterns on the body are stylized to match traditional clothing. The car also received 21-inch wheels in a special design. The diamond-shaped ornament is also used in the cabin: the pattern is embroidered on the front panel with a gold thread, and is also present on the seats covered with perforated leather, and in the wireless charging niche designed for two smartphones.

The Rox Adamas has a hybrid all-wheel drive system with 476 hp (740 Nm), which accelerates the crossover from a standstill to a hundred in 5.5 seconds. The maximum power reserve in hybrid mode reaches 1,226 km. The internal combustion engine is designed only for charging the battery and is not directly connected to the wheels. The model is equipped with a closed-type air suspension with a nitrogen circuit. All five doors are equipped with a door closer system. The vehicle is equipped with rubber door seals to pass through a ford up to 77 cm deep. The price of the model in Russia starts from 10.1 million rubles.

Earlier, on March 26, it was reported that Rox Motor plans to expand the model range. In January 2027, it is going to introduce a compact crossover, and in December of the same year, a large SUV class model.
