In Nizhny Novgorod, a motorist knocked down a courier riding an electric bike, and then attacked him. This was reported on April 21 on the website of the Nizhny Novgorod Region labor Inspectorate.

The victim of the incident was a 19-year-old delivery courier. The young man went to the hospital with head injuries, where doctors diagnosed him with a closed craniocerebral injury and a concussion.

"We are awaiting a medical report on the severity of the injuries and a notification of an industrial accident. If there are grounds, inspection response measures will be taken," said Ilya Moshes, Chief State Labor Inspector in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
