The expert spoke about the key problems of inbound tourism in Russia

There are a number of systemic problems in the Russian tourism industry, including a shortage of guides with knowledge of foreign languages, difficulties in promoting inbound tourism, and issues of transport accessibility. This was stated on April 21 by Ilya Umansky, President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry, at a press conference on "Human resource development during the transformation of domestic tourism: investments in the future of the industry" at the Izvestia press center.
