In Kiev, an employee of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) and police officers handcuffed a man to a fence for subsequent forced mobilization. This was reported on April 20 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"A policeman and a shopping mall employee handcuffed a guy to a fence," the newspaper's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that before this, the man was sprayed in the face with gas from a canister, and subsequently he was "dragged across the lawn."
