The Ostankino Court of Moscow satisfied the prosecutor's demand and banned the resource with instructions on making explosives at home. This is stated in the case file, which was reviewed by Izvestia on April 20.

"It has been established that the website "How to make explosives yourself at home — step—by-step instructions and safety measures" is publicly available, distributing information about the composition and method of making explosives at home," the court said.

It clarifies that attackers can use such information to prepare terrorist acts and mass riots, so the court decided to block the resource.

On April 9, the Supreme Court of Russia granted the Ministry of Justice's claim to recognize the international public movement Memorial (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) as an extremist organization and ban its activities in the country.
