The expert spoke about reducing stress among schoolchildren with a single date of last calls.

Observing uniform dates for recent calls has a positive effect on the psychological state of students, makes it easy for them to make plans for self-education or hobbies, and simplifies the organization of the learning process. Oksana Adamovskaya, Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Child Development, Health and Adaptation, Candidate of Biological Sciences, told about this on April 20.

"Specific vacation dates and uniform dates for last calls and graduation events reduce anxiety among students and give them the opportunity <...> to engage in additional education, plan trips to contests, competitions, etc. Uniform exam dates allow students to prepare for them in advance, observing the daily routine, and mentally adjust," the expert said in an interview with TASS.

Adamovskaya noted that protecting the health of students is a priority for schools, as stipulated by law. The established standards for holidays and the length of the school year provide rest, facilitate the transition from one school to another, and synchronize curricula.

"Uniform dates for last calls and graduation events make it easier for schools to organize these events, as it allows them to determine the dates in advance, develop a scenario, organize transport, security, find suitable venues, and agree on technical support," the expert summed up.

Marina Koneva, an expert at the Russian Ministry of Education and Chief specialist at the Institute for the Study of Childhood, Family and Upbringing, said on April 3 that grades for behavior in Russian schools will be based on criteria such as punctuality and the ability to follow rules, respect for other students, polite communication with adults, an active lifestyle and lawful behavior. According to the expert, the assessment of students' behavior will be conducted collectively.
