Residents of Sevastopol and Crimea are the most disciplined borrowers in Russia. This became known on April 20.

"Sevastopol has become the leading region in terms of payment discipline, where the share of overdue loans to individuals is 2.67%. The low proportion of overdue debts in this subject of the Russian Federation is combined with a small share of loans to the population," RIA Novosti research data show.
