The Iranian army has successfully replenished its arsenals during the truce with the United States, while American troops are forced to bring ammunition from the other side of the world. This was announced on April 19 by the commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Majid Mousavi.

"Unlike Iran, the enemy was unable to replenish its ammunition during the ceasefire. <...> We know that the enemy is not able to create such conditions for itself, and it is forced to deliver ammunition from the other side of the world little by little," Al Jazeera quoted him as saying.

According to Mousavi, the replenishment rate of missile and unmanned launch pads during the truce period was even higher than before the conflict. He also stated that the United States "lost this stage of the war."

US President Donald Trump said earlier in the day that representatives of his administration were heading to Islamabad to participate in negotiations on Iran. The American leader added that Washington would offer a reasonable and fair deal to the Iranian representatives.

Tasnim news agency later reported that Iran does not intend to send a negotiating delegation for dialogue with the United States as long as the naval blockade is in effect.
